Linda M. Anderson is an associate in the firm’s Family Law Department. Ms. Anderson handles a variety of issues, including divorce, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property characterization and division, and complex, high-asset matters. Ms. Anderson is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as the Alameda County Bar Association.
Ms. Linda Anderson received her Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School in May 2013 with a concentration in Advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Anderson was the Managing Editor for Cornell’s Journal of Law and Public Policy and clerked for both the Sacramento County and Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Offices, where she conducted numerous bench trials and hearings.
Prior to joining Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP as an associate, Ms. Anderson worked for a small family law firm, assisting clients with complex marital property issues, custody and visitation, and domestic violence issues.
Ms. Linda Anderson is passionate about public service and is a Volunteer Attorney with the Alameda County Bar Association.
Ms. Anderson earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where she majored in Psychology with a minor in Law and Society. In her free time, Ms. Anderson enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, as well as spending time with family and friends.
