For lenders, GLORIUS offers a strong yield, flexibility, and maximum security: Lenders receive first mortgages on residential and/or commercial real estate in the United States, along with an appraisal from a state-licensed independent appraiser and are payees in the homeowners’ insurance policy.
The funds for the loan remain with the lender until shortly before the closing and will be wired directly to the appointed title company or closing attorney in the United States.

Rates
The interest rates & expenses related to your financing are negotiated directly with your future lender through the GLORIUS offer tool. Each offer or counter-offer has a set time limit of 72 hours, so please make sure you reply right away.
