About Gael Bizel-Bizellot

Gael Bizel-Bizellot is an Of Counsel at Zacks, Freedman & Patterson PC. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions and dispute resolutions, with a particular emphasis on landlord-tenant law, Tenancy-in-Common (TIC), and subdivisions. Gael represents clients in drafting residential and commercial leases, CC&Rs, and TIC Agreements. She also handles rent/eviction control issues such as Ellis Act evictions, OMI evictions, rent increase notices, and buy-out negotiations with tenants.

Gael has extensive experience in TIC and HOA formations and dispute resolutions. She has successfully represented clients in resolving various TIC or HOA disputes, including co-owners’ failure to refinance, to pay monthly assessments, to complete the condo conversion process, or to comply with the CC&Rs or TIC Agreement.

As a seasoned real estate attorney, Gael also represents sellers or buyers with the sale or purchase of real property such as single-family homes, TIC interests, and condominiums. She prepares all the necessary documents and disclosures for the transaction, working directly with title companies and other necessary parties, resulting in significant savings for the parties.

In addition to her practice, Gael Bizel-Bizellot has authored and co-authored articles for the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute (SPOSFI). Trust Gael Bizel-Bizellot for help with real estate transactions or dispute resolutions.
