Today, Finest International network offers the utmost levels of legal and financial expertise, absolute secrecy and a strong support in legally and fiscally heterogeneous and sometimes politically uncertain environments.

To address this demand more thoroughly, Bernard then created Finest Residences. Initially based on Finest International’s members, the network is opening up to property-related high level professionals such as real estate developers, banks, financial institutions, real estate funds and mortgage brokers, insurance companies and brokers, wealth management firms, family offices, luxury real estate brokerage, relocation agencies, architects and decorators, and housing-related professionals. Leveraging Internet technologies, Finest Residences is now turning into a global PropTech network company.

Bernard holds several post-graduate degrees in International Business Law, International e-Commerce Law, International Tax Law, International Business Management, International Corporate Finance and International Relations (UNSA, IDPD, CIFE). He is also a former Auditor at Mines ParisTech (ENSMP) and the french Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale (IHEDN).
