Through his work to build his own real estate team and mentoring young real estate professionals, Brett realized there was a need for additional “coaching.” So, he conceived and delivered a sold-out monthly negotiation training series for young Realtors®. Brett continues to develop and roll-out new topical sessions over the coming months and years to help build the skill sets of new agents.
