Gael has extensive experience in TIC and HOA formations and dispute resolutions. She has successfully represented clients in resolving various TIC or HOA disputes, including co-owners’ failure to refinance, to pay monthly assessments, to complete the condo conversion process, or to comply with the CC&Rs or TIC Agreement.
As a seasoned real estate attorney, Gael also represents sellers or buyers with the sale or purchase of real property such as single-family homes, TIC interests, and condominiums.
