Liza, a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a resident of beautiful Charlotte, has two passions in her life – real estate and interior design. She started her interior design company, Liza’s Designs, while living in Miami, Florida. Her business specializes in home staging, preparing clients’ homes for photography, and providing elegant organizational advice to minimize clutter. Liza’s work incorporates specific elements that appeal to home shoppers, with a focus on emotional and rational triggers that influence purchasing decisions. She offers staging and design as a complimentary service to all her sellers. Liza also has extensive experience in the textile industry in Miami, which has given her a deep understanding of mixing fabrics and creating unique styles influenced by different cultures around the world.
During her early years with Liza’s Designs, Liza was also involved in buying, designing, flipping, and selling homes for family and clients across the United States. This has given her unparalleled insight into the ins and outs of relocation. She has also worked with investors and developers on larger scale projects, including residential and commercial projects, as well as aircraft and mega-yacht design, which has led to great success in both real estate and design.
Recently, Liza decided to merge her passions and bring them all together under one roof by starting the Caminiti Consulting Group. She is proud to offer clients a one-stop business that provides a full panel of interior design and staging options, as well as buying and selling of real estate, property management, and renovation assistance.
