Overlooking the small square in the historic centre, on the exact spot where the City Hall stood until the early 1980s, the Chalet Valbuna consisting of just three very large, luxury flats is currently being completely renovated (one has already been sold, while the other two are still available).

The Apartment

This luxury 3 bedroom Chalet Apartment is located on the first floor. With a living area of 189 sqm, it features as well two terraces and a balcony for a total of 57 sqm. The living room and two of the bedrooms overlook the terrace with a view of the Sassongher panorama.

The flat has a large living area with double facing through the large window openings to the two terraces that offer an extraordinary view of the mountains and the village of Corvara.

The living area is completed by a courtesy bathroom, the kitchen and a large laundry room.

The sleeping area features three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The flat has two external parking spaces in front of the building, two covered parking spaces and a private cellar/ski-room. The covered parking spaces and ski-room are accessible directly from the flat via the lift.
